Our History

Pharmacy Providers of Oklahoma, Inc. became an official corporate organization in April of this year, with the first meeting of the Board of Directors held on April 18, 1985.


Rx Linc is created to bring high-speed claim adjudication technologies to local and regional community pharmacies. This fulfilled a need to move pharmacy from slow, inefficient analog technology to a more reliable and efficient modern technology.

MaxCare emerged in the PBM industry to champion transparency through pass-through pricing and rebates. This innovative approach empowers local community employers with flexible solutions, ensuring cost-effectiveness and catering to their specific needs.


PPOk and PBA Health joined forces to create Unify Rx Holding Corporation, a collaborative board featuring leaders from both organizations that strategically guides and oversees both companies.

PPOk merged its PSAO services with Arete Pharmacy Network to create the nation’s largest independent PSAO, AlignRx.


Stratos Insights was created to fill a critical need for personalized business intelligence that leverages data in order to optimize pharmacy operations.

Due to the rise of vertically integrated PBMs in the hospice market, MaxHaven emerged equipped with full-tech solutions and a transparent, high-performance pharmacy network aimed at restoring competitive balance and improving patient outcomes.


Clear Benefits was established with the aim of aiding pharmacies and their clientele in navigating the complexities of the Medicare landscape.
