Develop a statewide network of “High Performance” Pharmacist Care Pharmacies.Market and implement Pharmacist Care to HMO´s and Insurance Programs as a method of health care cost containment and enhanced quality of care. Educate health insurance plans, HMO´s, state and local governments, pharmacists, and other health care professionals the value of Pharmacist Care. Facilitate and educate pharmacists on the implementation of Pharmacist Care in their community practice setting. Implement compensation mechanisms for Pharmacist Care Services by HMO´s and Insurance Companies. Administer documentation of pharmacist services with other components of health care services to show total health care savings and improved outcomes.
